1) ABOUT REGISTRATION
"We declare that the data is used only for identification purposes when purchasing from POLEDNIK s.r.o. and will not be provided to third parties or otherwise misused. By confirming registration, I agree to sending promotional emails from the POLEDNIK s.r.o. online store, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll. On Certain Information Society Services."
Promotional emails will be sent a maximum of twice a month and the size of individual email messages will not exceed 50kB. You can cancel the email newsletter service at any time at the email address: polednik@polednik.net, or at the specified fixed address.
Orders can also be placed without registration.
2) ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING OF THE ORDER, PURCHASE CONTRACT
The buyer's order is a draft of a purchase contract and the purchase contract itself is concluded at the moment of delivery of the binding consent of the buyer and the seller to this draft (binding confirmation of the order by the seller). From this moment on, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller.
By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that he has become acquainted with these terms and conditions, including the complaint conditions, and that he agrees with them. The buyer is sufficiently notified of these terms and conditions and the complaint procedure before the actual execution of the order and has the opportunity to familiarize himself with them.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it before concluding the purchase contract in the following cases: the goods are no longer produced or delivered or the price of the delivered goods has changed significantly. In the event that this situation occurs, the seller will immediately contact the buyer in order to agree on further steps. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account, and the Purchase Agreement will not be concluded.
All orders accepted by this store are binding. The order can be canceled before it is shipped. If the order is not canceled before shipping and it is shipped, the customer may be required to reimburse the costs associated with shipping the goods. You are automatically informed of the receipt of the order by electronic mail - e-mail. The estimated delivery time of the goods that were not in stock is shown in the details of each product and in the order confirmation. For each item, it is displayed whether the goods are in stock or not. If the goods are not in stock or in the supplier's warehouse, we will immediately inform you of the next delivery date.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we consider the order to be canceled. You can send the cancellation by e-mail or by phone. When canceling the order, you must provide your name, e-mail and order number.
3) TYPES OF TRANSPORT BY PUBLIC CARRIERS:
PERSONAL COLLECTION
The order can be picked up on the same day, provided that the ordered goods are in stock. In other cases, we will inform you. Orders can only be picked up after prior telephone agreement.
Goods are delivered by the PPL parcel delivery company.
Postage, unless otherwise stated, is charged at CZK 150.
The shipping price includes the possibility of evening delivery (optional) and contacting the customer by phone, in case of a change in the time or place of delivery.
For some particularly bulky, heavy or otherwise difficult to transport products, the shipping price may be increased. The shipping price is displayed immediately after selecting the shipping method.
A complaint about the shipment is possible within 3 days of delivery, provided that the damage was not obvious upon delivery!
GOODS DELIVERED BY CZECH POST – COMMERCIAL PACKAGE
The shipping fee, unless otherwise stated, is charged at CZK 150.
The price does not include any other services, because Czech Post does not offer them. If the ordering party cannot be reached, they will receive a notification of the shipment delivery in their mailbox. They can pick up the shipment at the specified post office or request redelivery. For these shipments, no communication with the carrier is possible and we have no way of influencing or monitoring the shipment in detail. The maximum weight of one package is only 15 kg.
For some particularly bulky, heavy or otherwise difficult-to-transport products, the shipping price may be increased. The shipping price is displayed immediately after selecting the shipping method. A claim for a shipment is only possible upon receipt!
ATTENTION! If the package is visibly damaged or if the protective tape is broken, file a claim directly with the carrier. The supplier is not responsible for damage incurred during transportation.
The shipment is usually delivered the next day after dispatch. The customer is informed of the dispatch by e-mail.
4) WARRANTY
You will always find a tax receipt in the package. The warranty period begins on the date stated on the receipt. The warranty period is stated for each product in the product details. In disputed cases, the warranty period may be extended by 5 (in words five) days as compensation for the transport time.
5) CONFLICTS WITH THE PURCHASE CONTRACT - GENERAL INFORMATION
In the event that the item does not comply with the purchase contract upon receipt by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "contradiction with the purchase contract"), the buyer has the right to have the seller bring the item into a condition consistent with the purchase contract free of charge and without undue delay, at the buyer's request either by replacing the item or repairing it; if such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price of the item or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer knew about the discrepancy with the purchase contract before taking over the item or caused the discrepancy with the purchase contract himself. A discrepancy with the purchase contract that becomes apparent within six months from the date of taking over the item is considered to be a discrepancy that already existed at the time of taking over, unless this is contrary to the nature of the item or unless the opposite is proven.
We provide a warranty period for the goods as set out by law.
6) THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
If the purchase contract is concluded using means of distance communication (in an online store), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods, in accordance with Section 53(7) of the Civil Code. In such a case, the consumer contacts the seller and preferably states in writing that he is withdrawing from the contract, stating the order number, date of purchase and account number for the refund. The money can also be returned in cash at the company's registered office. The withdrawal from the contract must be delivered no later than the last day of the 14-day period. In special cases, the return period may be extended, taking into account the circumstances, but not longer than 30 days from delivery.
However, this provision of the law cannot be understood as a possibility of lending the goods free of charge. In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the performance, the consumer must return to the supplier everything that he has acquired under the purchase contract. If this is no longer possible (e.g. the Goods have been destroyed or consumed in the meantime), the consumer must provide monetary compensation as a countervalue for what can no longer be returned. If the returned Goods are only partially damaged, the seller may exercise the right to compensation from the consumer and set off his claim to the returned purchase price. In such a case, the seller is obliged to prove the damage incurred. In such a case, the seller shall return to the consumer only the purchase price thus reduced.
The Seller may also offset the actual costs incurred in returning the Goods (transport costs, etc.) against the purchase price to be refunded to the Buyer.
The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of contracts:
- for the provision of Services, if their performance was started with his consent before the expiry of the 14-day period from the receipt of the performance,
- for the delivery of goods or Services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market independently of the Seller's will,
- for the delivery of goods modified according to the Buyer's wishes or for his person, as well as goods that are subject to rapid deterioration, wear and tear or obsolescence,
- for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer programs, if the Buyer has broken their original packaging,
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, consisting of a game or lottery.
7) DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TERMS
Some shipments may be divided into multiple packages. The postage remains unchanged.
We track all shipments until they are delivered, thus trying to prevent problems that arise during delivery.
How to return goods:
1) Prepare the shipment as described below. As soon as you know when and where we can pick up the shipment, please contact us.
2) Send the goods that you will send back to our address as described below by the carrier of your choice.
How to prepare the shipment
The shipment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the condition in which you received it upon delivery. Attach the proof of purchase to the goods. Please always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot be glued, described or otherwise damaged during transport. Do not send goods on delivery, we recommend that you insure the goods. The money will be refunded to your bank account only (don't forget to specify it) and usually within 3 working days of receiving the shipment. In case of returning the goods, the amount will be reduced by the shipping costs (does not apply to complaints!).
8) PAYMENT METHODS
All payment methods can be selected before choosing the shipping method. All payment methods are included in the shipping price.
prepayment - when choosing this option, you will receive a deposit slip with all payment details. We will ship the goods after receiving the payment to the bank account
cash on delivery - we will send the ordered goods to you by mail and you will pay for these goods in cash upon receipt.
personal collection - pay in cash upon personal collection.

9) SECURITY
When paying with credit cards, you don't have to worry about misuse. We use a proven payment gateway with the 3-D secure protocol, supported by card associations.
All internal information (passwords, names, operations) is encrypted. To increase speed, we do not encrypt general information (information about individual items of goods).
10) COMPLAINTS
If the goods you received from us are damaged or non-functional, please follow the complaints procedure. Returning goods due to withdrawal from the contract is described in point 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
11) COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Products that are subject to the right to claim must be submitted for assessment immediately after the defect is discovered, must be clean and with appropriate documents and a description of the defect, or the location of the defect marked.
HOW TO PROCEED
- In case of a complaint, you can choose two options, follow the description below: Send the product to the address - "contact address". The shipping is paid by the seller. As soon as you know when and where we can pick up the shipment, contact us. The shipment must be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in the condition in which you received it upon delivery. Attach proof of purchase to the goods. Please always use wrapping paper or cardboard so that the original packaging cannot be glued, described or otherwise damaged during transport. Do not send goods on delivery, in which case the goods will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the goods.
- Immediately after receiving the goods, you will receive a complaint report
- The goods must be properly packaged for transport to prevent any further damage.
- Defective or damaged goods will be replaced or the purchase price will be refunded.
- All documents that the buyer received with the goods must be attached to the goods, such as a receipt, warranty card, etc.
- The seller does not assume responsibility for damage resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damage from improper use of the products, as well as damage caused by external events and incorrect handling. The warranty provided does not apply to defects of this origin.
- For hygiene reasons, the goods are only accepted for complaints if they are properly cleaned.
- If the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, it is listed for the goods in the catalog.
- For rejected complaints, the costs of the complaint procedure and handling fees may be charged.
- You will be informed about the handling of the complaint by e-mail or SMS. As with the delivery of the order, you will be informed about the dispatch of the package and the delivery date.
